FAQ
Credits are deducted as soon as the job is accepted. If generation fails, we return them.
Yes. Generated audio can be used commercially, including YouTube, ads, and paid content. Files made with free credits are the same. Reselling files or credits, or using them as training data for another TTS service, isn’t allowed under our policy.
No. Topped-up credits don’t expire unless we say otherwise.
No. Re-downloading a finished file doesn’t use credits. Files stay available while your account is active. Closing the account deletes files and saved voices.
A new generation is billed by character count again. That’s different from downloading a file you already have.
No. Don’t ask the model to imitate a real person. Describe general traits like age, tone, and pace.
